Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns. Only exchanges are accepted under specific conditions mentioned below.

To process an exchange, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send any item back to the manufacturer.

Conditions for Exchange

Exchange will only be accepted in the following situations:

* If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival
* If the item received is different from what was shown in the product video
* If any parts are missing due to our error

Items that are damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible for exchange.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for any exchange.

Shipping Policy for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an exchange is approved, return shipping charges will be deducted where applicable.

Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged items may vary.
