Orders & Customization

1. What does "unstitched fabric" include?

Most of our unstitched suits come as a 2-piece (Kameez/Shirt and Trouser/Shalwar) or 3-piece suite (Kameez, Trouser, and Dupatta). The exact components, patches, and motifs included are always listed clearly in the product description.

2. Do you offer stitching services?

Currently, Zline Fabrics operates strictly as an unstitched store. We provide you with the premium fabric and design panels, giving you the complete freedom to stitch the outfit according to your exact measurements, preference, and personal style with your own tailor.

3. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or Email within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

4. Will the colors look exactly like the pictures?

We take high-resolution images to showcase the true colors and textures of our fabrics. However, due to professional studio lighting and individual phone or computer monitor screen settings, slight color variations may occur.

5. Do I need to shrink the fabric before stitching?

Yes! We highly recommend shrinking all cotton, lawn, and linen fabrics in clean water at room temperature before handing them over to your tailor. This ensures that the final stitched outfit fits you perfectly without any unexpected post-wash shrinkage.

6. How should I wash my Zline Fabrics outfits?

  • Lawn & Cotton: Gentle hand wash or machine wash on a cold cycle with mild detergent.

  • Chiffon, Silk, and Embroidered Festive Wear: We strictly recommend dry cleaning only to preserve the delicate embroidery, handwork, and fabric texture.

Shipping & Delivery

7. What are your shipping charges and delivery timelines?

  • Within Pakistan: Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout (we offer free shipping on orders above a certain value!).

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International delivery timelines and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and order weight, which will be calculated at checkout.

8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please note that for COD shipments, courier rules require payment to be made before opening the package.

Returns & Exchanges

9. What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a hassle-free exchange within 7 days of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. To be eligible, the fabric must be unwashed, uncut, and unstitched in its original packaging with all tags intact.

10. My tailor made a mistake and cut the fabric wrong. Can I get an exchange?

Unfortunately, no. Zline Fabrics is not responsible for any damage, shrinkage, incorrect cutting, or stitching errors caused by your independent tailor. We strongly advise reviewing the layout with your tailor before they make any cuts.
